I’ve tried a lot of brands of flap wheel over the years, but these things eat steel like it’s no one’s business. The life was pleasantly good of the ones I’ve used, lasting at least as long as other brands if not better. I will definitely buy again and will look to combat abrasives for other products as well!

This is a heck of a flapwheel. I really wasn't prepared for how effectively they cut. They really knock down sharp edges in a hurry. Testing continues..

This thing is a beast!! I’m upset at myself for not pulling the trigger on this sooner. Been using it mainly for cleaning up c channel and rounding edges and cleaning up welds and it works flawlessly! Will absolutely be purchasing more of these for my other grinders so no need to swap out different discs. Awesome product for sure!!!

These 36 grit flap discs are so good. I wish I could just use these and forget about grinding wheels but cost is a little too much just for your basic grinding. So I save these for all the final stages of grinding and finishing work and they make my work look so clean. Forget about getting these from anywhere else, these are the best out there for the price and the quality!

These seem to be working great, they have a long life, not as aggressive as some but they leave a great finish on steel. I have made quite a few gates already, did not stone grinding on most and there is still over half the life left which is awesome!

I use 36-40 grit flap disks to trim my 2 horses hooves. I have used flap disks from harbor freight, top rated on Amazon and other places.
The hooves can be as hard as steel and even though I scrape off as much mud as possible, some dirt still remains. So, the flap disks get used up pretty quick. The amount of time spent grinding was probably 15-20 minutes less then what I was used to as the disks had no problem with their hooves.
The material taken off was really good with the combat disks, as after 1 trim they retain a lot of their grit and shape.
They are a bit heavier then what I am used to but overall am quite pleased both with the quality of the disk and the customer service.

I'm glad I found these Ceramic Shredder Flap Discs.
I have always used the cheap ones and I'd have to replace them a few times when working on some piece of metal.
One of these ceramic shredder flap discs can last through all my work on the same piece of metal that normally I would use several of the cheaper types.
I'm saving time and follow through by using these and not stopping each time to change out the cheap ones. When I usually stop work to change out the cheap ones I would sometimes get distracted, smoke a cigarette or get a drink ect ect, so that would delay my finish time too. A little OCD.... So these are good for my mental health too!
